HOW TO MANAGE YOUR TIME

Scheduling is the art of planning your activities so that you can achieve your goals and priorities in the time you have available. when it's done effectively, it help you.

  3. Have enough time for friend and family.

Time is a resource that we can't buy, but we use often waste it or use it ineffectively.

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR TIME

There are a number of different tool to choose from:-

  2. You can also use apps and software such as Google calendar.
Choose a scheduling tool that suit your situation, the current structure of the your job, your personal taste and your budget, once you have decided which tool you want to use, prepare your scheduling in the following.

  • Scheduling high-priority urgent tasks and vital 'housekeeping' activities
  • Block in appropriate contingency time to handle unpredictable events and interruptions.
  • Schedule discretionary time or schedule the activities that address your priorities and personal goals in the time that remain .
